Liberal Arts & Sciences Building Restoration (LARTS) project focuses on system replacement and upgrades addressing deferred maintenance issues and allows for programmatic renovations. The scopes includes Geothermal wells for heating and cooling, improvements to building envelope, MEP systems, life safety & fire protection systems, as well as accessibility upgrades throughout the building.
