Renovations to the exterior and interior of the Bromery Center to improve access for modern shows desired in the concert hall and related space optimization. Scope includes upgrades to loading dock, stage access, performance hall acoustical, theater rigging and electrical for enhanced performances by students and others. This project addresses $19M of deferred maintenance backlog.
